• If you complete your registration by 31 March 2025, you can benefit from the early bird payment option stated in the table above.
• If you complete your registration by 28 February 2025, you can take advantage of the interest-free 8-instalment payment plan listed in the table above.
• A new fee schedule will be announced as of 1 April 2025.
• A one-time registration fee of 5,000 TL applies to new enrolments.
• The educational deposit fee is 30,000 TL. This amount, paid to secure a place, will be deducted from the total tuition fee, which will be calculated based on the school fees applicable at the time of payment.
• The announced fees include 5% VAT.
• The school fees for Nursery and Preschool include breakfast, snacks, lunch, afternoon tea, books, Near East Youth Health Insurance, and one set of uniforms.
• The school fees for Junior College and College include lunch, books, Near East Youth Health Insurance, and one set of uniforms.
• External examination fees and transportation fees are not included in the announced fees.
• A 10% discount is applied to the second sibling, and a 20% discount applies to the third and subsequent siblings.
• The fees listed above are valid until 31 March 2025. As of 1 April 2025, a new fee schedule will come into effect.
• A separate announcement regarding school fees for students who will take the Dr Suat Günsel Scholarship Exam will be made at a later date.
• Students' school fees are calculated based on the highest applicable discount or scholarship they qualify for.
• The registration fee and deposit are non-refundable.
• Near East Enterprises Schools reserve the right to inform parents if a student persistently fails to meet the school’s academic or behavioural standards and requires a transfer to another school. Additionally, the institution holds the authority to permanently expel students who exhibit serious misconduct or violent behaviour towards peers or teachers.

• Payments without proof of transaction (bank receipt) will not be processed.
• If you wish to cancel your child's registration before the academic year begins, any single annual payments for tuition and transportation (excluding the non-refundable deposit and registration fee) will be subject to either a 30% deduction or a deduction as determined by the school administration.
• If you cancel the registration before the academic year begins but have chosen the instalment payment plan valid until 28 February, only the first instalment will be deducted, and the remaining instalments will be refunded.
• For single annual payments, if you cancel the registration after the academic year begins, no refunds will be issued for the deposit, registration fee, tuition, or transportation fees.
• For instalment payments, if you cancel the registration after the academic year begins, no refunds will be issued for any payments made, including tuition and transportation fees. Furthermore, all outstanding tuition and transportation fees for the period will become immediately due and payable.
• Parents who opt for the instalment plan (valid until 28 February 2025) must ensure that their instalments are paid by the 8th of each month. If any instalment is not paid on time, the remaining balance will be recalculated based on the single annual payment rate applicable for that month, and the total outstanding amount will be collected immediately. Failure to pay school fees may result in the student being temporarily suspended from education, and ultimately, their registration may be cancelled.
